Overview: The "Sold By" doctype is used to track and record information about the personnel or entity responsible for sales transactions. It provides a simple and efficient way to manage and identify who sold a particular item or service.

1. Sold By

   • Label: Sold By
   • Description: Name or identifier of the individual or entity responsible for the sale.
   • Unique: Yes

Usage:

1. Navigate to the Service Management module.
2. Select "Sold By" from the list of available doctypes.
3. Click on "New" to create a new record.
4. Enter the name or identifier of the person or entity responsible for the sale in the "Sold By" field.
5. Save the record.
